| Q - Can I have a particular mask coloured differently? |
| A - Any combination using the same number of colours or less will cost the same. More colours will cost more. |

| Q - Can you make a mask to my own design? |
| A - A basic mask constructed in the same format as a 9000 range design would cost £250. This would cover the cost of sculpting, mould and product. Further copies
from the mould would cost the same as a standard mask from our range. The work involved is considerable and ownership of the mould would belong to Morbid Mask Studios. |

| Q - I need several masks quite urgently, can you make them quickly and express them through to me? |
| A - All orders go into a first come first serve queue, and are processed as quickly as possible, however some designs will always be at hand and some orders will always be
awaiting certain designs to be finished before being complete. So there is every chance a small simple order can be sent off within two or three days without interfering with other customers orders. |

| Q - I run an L.R.P. Club, other suppliers offer Clubs a discount, do you? |
| A - Yes, we offer a 10% club discount. Proof of your Clubs existence will be required, and we would also expect the size of orders placed to reflect the demand of a Clubs needs. |
